Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
By using this website or booking an appointment with Dr Q Health Hub, you agree to these terms.
1. Not for emergencies
Online booking is for routine appointments only. In a medical emergency call 10177 or 112, or go to your nearest emergency unit. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice.
2. Booking
- An appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email (and, for card payments, once your payment has succeeded).
- Please give accurate details. You must be 18 or older to book, or a parent or guardian must book on behalf of a minor and attend with them.
- Appointments can be booked up to four weeks in advance. Times are South African Standard Time.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so other patients are not delayed.
- The doctor may decline or change a treatment, including IV therapy, if it is not clinically appropriate for you.
3. Fees and payment
- Private (cash) patients pay the listed fee online by card when booking. Card payments are processed securely by Yoco.
- Medical aid patients must bring their medical aid card and ID. You remain responsible for any amount your medical aid does not cover, including co-payments and amounts above your scheme's rate.
- Prices may change; the price shown when you book applies to that booking. Additional treatments or medication may be charged separately.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations are made by the practice — contact us by WhatsApp or phone. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Website use
Do not misuse this website, including attempting to access the admin area, making false bookings, or interfering with its security. We may cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or abusive.

We work hard to keep this website available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
